A large share of our hampers travel — to families hosting an Upanayanam in New Jersey, a Varalakshmi vratham in London, a baby shower in Sydney. Here's exactly how it works, with no surprises.

How pricing works
Shipping is quoted on chargeable weight
International couriers charge on whichever is higher: the actual weight of your parcel (dead weight), or its volumetric weight — the space it occupies. Brass is heavy; hamper boxes are bulky. Which one wins genuinely depends on your combination.
So we quote shipping after your order is packed and the final carton is weighed and measured. It is the only honest way to do it — an estimate given before packing would be a guess, and usually a wrong one.
Prices are shown in ₹ — payment currency is up to you
Every price on this site is in Indian rupees, matching our catalog. For international orders we don't apply an automatic conversion, because a stale exchange rate on a bulk order can be badly misleading.
Instead, tell us on WhatsApp which currency and payment method suit you and we'll agree it directly — including the rate we're using, before anything is paid. A 50% advance confirms the order, and the balance is settled before dispatch.
Plan for the journey, not just the making
Custom designs need about 25 days' notice before we even begin, and international transit adds to that. If your ceremony has a fixed date, message us as early as you can — we'll tell you plainly whether it can be done well in the time available.
Many families ship to a relative in India first, or time the order with someone travelling. We're happy to work either way.
Shipping within India
- Within Tamil Nadu — ₹50 per kg.
- Outside Tamil Nadu — based on destination and weight, confirmed with your quotation.
- Chennai — Chennai deliveries can be made within 24 hours via Rapido or Porter, at applicable charges.
Please film the unboxing
Brass and glass travel a long way to reach you. If anything arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery with opening photographs and a video. The opening video is required for us to raise a claim with the courier — without it we have no way to prove the damage happened in transit, and neither do they.
